Serenity House

Serenity House sits back from Alhambra Circle behind a mature banyan and a low coral-stone wall, which is the first thing you notice — the traffic simply stops at the gate. The house was completed in 2021 by a Miami practice known for restrained, daylight-driven work, and it shows in the proportions: tall impact windows on the south elevation, deep shaded loggias, and a double-height living room that stays cool through the afternoon.

The main floor is arranged for entertaining, with a formal living room, a separate family room and a dining room that opens directly onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and has a butler’s pantry with its own service entrance.

Upstairs, four bedroom suites each have their own bathroom and built-in closets. The primary suite occupies the full southern end and has a private balcony overlooking the garden. A separate study sits on the half-landing — a genuinely useful room for anyone working from home.
