HomeLuxe Realty, LLC collects personal information only where it is needed to advise you on a real estate transaction. This page explains exactly what that means.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number and the city and state you live in.
• Your requirements — budget, preferred neighborhoods, property type and timeline.
• Records of our correspondence, so any advisor picking up your file knows what you were already told.
• Basic, aggregated website analytics. We do not build advertising profiles.

What we do with it

We use your information to search for property on your behalf, arrange showings, prepare documentation and keep you updated. Where a transaction proceeds, we share only what is legally required with the other party’s agent, the title or escrow company and, where you have asked us to, your lender.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not pass your details to builders, other brokerages or marketing companies. We do not add you to a mailing list because you inquired about a property — the newsletter is opt-in only, and one click removes you.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for two years from your last contact. Transaction records are kept for the period required by state real estate license law and federal tax rules — generally five to seven years. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information. Write to hello@homeluxerealty.com and we will respond within the period your state requires, and in any event within 45 days.

Cookies

This website stores two things in your browser: your saved properties and your preferred grid or list view. Both stay on your device, are never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
