The standard we build to

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means semantic headings and landmarks, a visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element, text alternatives on meaningful images, color contrast that meets the AA ratio, form labels tied to their inputs, and a skip link to the main content.

Motion and preferences

Scroll reveals, counters, carousels and page transitions all respect your operating system’s reduced-motion setting. If you have that setting enabled, the site renders without animation.

Keyboard and screen readers

Every menu, filter, gallery, accordion and multi-step form on this site can be operated from the keyboard alone. Interactive components expose their state through ARIA attributes so screen readers announce what changed.

Known limitations

The embedded neighborhood maps are provided by OpenStreetMap and we do not control their accessibility. Every map is accompanied by the same information in text — the address, the nearby amenities and the distances — so no information is available only inside a map.
